My new ultrasuede sofa was delivered a few days ago. I am concerned about the puckers in the cushions (see attachments). I expected the cushions to be smooth. Is this normal or did the factory make the cushions incorrectly? Thanks for your advice!

That's pretty much normal. Some fabric has more "drape" in it than others, and yours looks like it has quite a bit. You get the cushions too full and then they puff out and can be less comfortable. Having said that, if you are unhappy with them you can probably get a new set that is extra full for the backs from your selling dealer.
I agree that looks pretty normal for fabric cushions.
