Help ID this console table!

I saw this console table at the HD Buttercup in San Francisco but have been unable to find ever since. Anyone have any idea where I can purchase this from?

Unfortunately, they don't have any more in the store and they are keeping the name of their supplier close to the vest. I've been back to the store a million times but they never seem to have that piece in stock. :(

It's one-of-a-kind, carved from a natural root, but I suspect you mean something similar? This guy is in the U.K., but scroll down to the fourth piece listed here. I see any number of people who make furniture out of carved roots, but few seem to do that sort of clean, interior cut-out.

I'd suggest you ask them to get one for you. They are obviously artisian-made, and why should they share the maker's name with you? So you can try to go direct to the maker to buy? I don't think so....
