Bradington Young Traditional Sofa 582-95 Used: What's it worth?
Hi, I found this soft locally for a very good price. I had planned to use the leather for another project but didn't get around to that. I'd like to sell it. What do you think it is worth? ALSO, can I tell how old it is? by the model number? It has it's label and the leather is identified as distressed brown. Thanks!

OK--I'm glad I asked. I must admit, it looks pretty bad in the picture. Thanks for your advice.

Check with your local homeless shelter and see if they can use it. That's what I do with customers sofas in that condition that we pickup when delivering new.

Isn't it just a matter of getting new cushions?

There are a number of threads here that discuss the economics of reupholstering leather furniture - and why it's rarely worth it.

Thanks for more thoughts on what to do. The college kids will come back in August. I may put it on Craigslist for $100.
