Time to replace H&M sofa cushions

The 'to die for" comfortable cushions have faded and taken on a flattened misshapened look (and feel). The leather and couch are in great shape otherwise.

How do I determine which sofa cushions I have (? Qualux?) and what isthe EASIEST way to replace them? I did not request anything special - as the store display (and what I received) offered perfection in comfort.

AH&M recliner may deserve the same Spring refurbish. I am thrilled to find this site & hope you can help. The information provided here adds TLC that will keep me as a H&M devotee forever!
