Dining table - CL - Hale furniture (vermont)

I saw this on craigs list. Wondering if it is a good deal. Looks like solid maple and good size for a breakfast nook. Anyone heard of Hale furniture? From what i can tell from the internet they are out of business but used to make quality furniture.

Its a regular table. Anything that is not broken and made of solid hardwoods is worth $ 150.
