Bradington Young - leather information - top grain or not

I consider to buy B&Y sofa. Looking for leather, i noticed that description for leather 9055-95 said :A beautiful, naturally milled grain with saturated colors make Brighton the perfect choice for a soft, authentic leather.

It does not say that it is Top grain leather, as it said for leather 9085-88 :Elmotique is a full grain aniline leather with a two-tone effect which creates a beautiful, random sauvage look.

So my question, is leather 9055-95 top grain or from split????

Also reading forum, i found that H&M and Leathercraft are higher quality comparing with with B&Y. What is price different (in %%) between B&Y and H&M/Leathercraft?
