Best bang for the buck in a Hancock and Moore Town and Country Sofa & Chair

I know a a lot of people want to buy a genuine Hancock and Moore sofa, and many just think they are too far outside their budget. This one piece in the Town and Country line often gets over-looked, but I think its the best deal in the whole program. The # 4827 West End Sofa in Alberta Harness (brown) or Wine (burgundy) is under $ 2,900 on the current price list, and the matching chair # 4825 i under $ 1,700, before delivery fees. Granted, this is your basic Chinese finished leather and not my favorite, but it will do decent duty, is soft enough and gets you into a stylish, larger sofa that sits well, along with matching chair if you like. You can get H&M quality and build in a usable size piece that looks good for what I think is a very reasonable price point.

Be aware price changes are coming around the middle of July in the Town and Country program shortly (mid-July 2015) and I do not know the percentages or which pieces may be added or dropped.
