Hancock and Moore SPECIALS - One Shots Only

A couple of special purchases in transit to my store as I type this, shipped from H&M on 06/04/12:

1) # 5190 Teton Sofa in Pullman Brick Burnished (GR3) finish MESA and with the very cool and very expensive Buffalo Nail Brass trim on the base of the sofa. With an Ultra Down Seat Core, too. Pullman Brick is not a swatched leather, but one they get from time to time so there are no samples available of it. This sofa will be identical to one I did previously, which can see here:

At the request of H&M, I do not post prices on the public forum, but you can PM me for them if you like. However I can tell you that this Teton Sofa will be $ 1,440 less than if it were ordered regularly, and that's a huge savings. As my store is full to the gills of inventory, this piece will remain boxed and in storage so it can be shipped if desired.

2) # 021 Hollis Bench in various leathers. I have (3) of these coming in because the price was SO good on them, in 'factory select' leathers. What that means is H&M gets to pick the hide and they'll use leftover small pieces or perhaps discontinued leathers. Might get a Grade 1 hide, might get a Grade 5 hide! Won't know until I open the boxes. Here's the good part, these are approximately half-price of what they normally would be. They won't last long....not sure if these can ship UPS or not, may be too large - if so then they will be for pickup at the store only.

Wow... that Pullman Brick Burnished is an awesome looking leather...

Not sure about UPS, but even if you add 2" in dimension all the way around (for packaging), that Hollis bench can go FedEx..

Have to see how big the boxes are when they arrive. They don't build a special box for every frame in the line, sometimes the container will be quite a bit larger than the piece.

Arrived this morning. H&M did me right! Leathers on the benches are all discontinued hides as I expected, but very nice ones. The dark brown is a GR 2 Upton Cafe (which is what I have in my office chair at work), the decorative leathers are Mosaic GR 5's. I unpacked them this morning and they will be in my store. I will save the boxes from now until end of the week only, in case someone wants one shipped. The two small ones can go UPS, the larger one would have to go on a truck line. I'm not going to do freight quotes for everyone who is curious, it takes too long. UPS on the small ones will probably be oversize 2 and run about $ 50 or so. Truck line on the large one would probably run $ 150 East Coast, $ 250 West Coast to a Commercial/Business address, and $ 100 more for Residential.

The Teton sofa has arrived as well, but will stay in the shipping container as I have no room for it in my store at the moment. It is available to ship out via truck line as well up until the time its unpacked.

Hollis Benches are 1/2 the price of my already discounted prices. Heck of a deal. These are 'one shots' only, and I cannot get any more. When they're gone - they're gone!

Small Green Hollis Bench is SOLD to a forum member. Only the small brown one remains as of this posting.

I just spoke with H&M today on getting more of these - they will do another batch (long one seems to be the most popular) but we cannot select the hide. At the blowout price they're doing, its to use up excess leather inventory and discontinued hides so there is absolutely no way of knowing what it will look like. If you like surprises and bargains - ping me and we can set you up with one.

I'm interested in finding the price for the Teton sofa, but can't see how to PM you to find out.

Hi Duane, Any chance HM will offer this deal again on benches sometime in the near future?

I have (1) Small and (2) of the large ones in my store right now on this deal.

(1) Small is in an aniline dark brown
(1) Large is in an aniline dark brown
(1) Large is in a GR 5 snakeskin silver/grey
