Manufacturers mark

Does anybody recognize this mark? It is on a reproduction oak desk. The seller said it was Tom Seely but that isn't their mark.

Found on Craigslist but don't recognize (or able to read) mark.

Looks to me like it says Made In America By Chuck. A quick google shows there is a Chuck's Furniture in West Virginia, but who knows if that is where it is from.
