What is a used HM Sundance sofa worth?

I purchased this sofa new 3 years ago. It needs nothing - still looks new. No scratches, no discoloration, etc. I love the sofa. I ordered it with the extra fill in the cushions and it is extremely comfortable. I have moved into a new home and it just does NOT look good here. I think it is probably the deep red color (portfolio) that is just too overpowering for my new living room. I have had two decorators out and they both agree. I am considering selling it. Any idea what I could get for it? I'm not willing to take a huge loss but my only other option is to move it upstairs into a huge room I never use. This photo is from my last house, but it looks exactly the same.

Used furniture goes for fractions of what new does. That looks in great shape so you might get lucky and be able to get 50% of the original purchase price. Somewhere around 25-30% is more likely.
