One of the Production Supervisors at Hancock & Moore passed away suddenly and unexpectedly this week and that person was the primary contact for doing custom quote modifications. As such, we will be seeing significant delays in getting custom quote pricing in the near term. Whereas we used to get them in 1 to 2 days, it can take upwards of a week right now.
