Reading through some old threads I found an interesting contest from 2009

Sparked my curiosity to find out what are the most popular models in recent times.
Duane - which models do you sell most of these days ? Do they happen to be most popular across all of H&M as well ?

I would have to say the chair I sell the most is the # 2038 Austin High Back Tilt Chair with Ottoman. That's due to both comfort and that fact its in the Just in Time and Town and Country Promotion. That chair sells like bread at a grocery store and has always been a top 5 seller since its inception close to 30 years ago. HOWEVER - I think the newer Westwood Tilt Back with Ottoman is a better unit, both in style and comfort, but that's not in the promos currently so its a more costly unit.
There are three distinct categories that determine what sells:
1) Price. The chairs on special always are attractive because it saves a buck.
2) Comfort. Those that sit the best, regardless of price.
3) Fashion. Furniture IS fashionable to many. They will buy the latest look.
