Hancock And Moore Order Time Frame (custom)

Thought I'd show the timeline for a # 1044 Sadler Recliner that was ordered to match hides from a customer's prior order. This will give you an idea of a fairly typical order scenario when there is a "Cutting For Approval" request on a piece. Keep in mind when looking at these dates these were over the Christmas/New Years holidays when H&M was closed for (6) production work days.

10/22 - Order Placed & Customer brings in sample from existing H&M pieces

10/23 - Mailed Sample to H&M to match

11/11 - H&M sends sample cutting to my store with letter requesting match for approval to be approved.

11/12 - Customer mailed sample for approval.

11/18 - Customer approves sample for production. H&M Faxed authorization to proceed.

01/08 - Recliner shipped from H&M, handed over to truck line

01/15 - Recliner arrives at store.
