Gimp Choice that Goes with Luggage Blackberry

I like the color combination on this bar stool very much: Luggage Blackberry leather, Monarch wood finish, with S - Small Truscan nail head trim.

However, the H&M Steele dining chair I am thinking about getting has a gimp in the catalog photo. What happens if I don't specify a gimp leather? I guess I would need to pick out another leather for the gimp? How does one go about choosing the right gimp?

I sort of like Williamsburg Cranberry - it's a shade darker than Luggage Blackberry. I am just not sure if it would be too dark, or too similar to Luggage Blackberry? Is gimp supposed to have a little contrast to the main leather?

I wish H&M could come up with a magic tool that would let you choose different leather/gimp/wood combination, and view the result...
