Recommendation for Dining Room

Ultimately, I'm looking for a new formal dining room set. But first let me tell you a quick story.

Several months ago, we purchased a set of Stanley Paradise Valley furniture (leg table, china cabinet, and chairs). Everything was great except that they could not build a leg table for us (don't know why). So we took the pedestal table as a no cost upgrade.

We hated the pedestal. The chairs would not fit under the table at all. No matter what, they would always hit the pedestal. The whole thing went back. But, we really liked the Paradise Valley style--heavy, dark, leather and upholstered chairs. Now it appears Stanley has discontinued the style.

So, does anyone have recommendations for a similar quality table and similar style?

We've looked at the Saloom New Castle in the heritage finish tables. But we're not fans of the chairs and there is no cabinet that matches. Furniture showrooms just do not have a wide selection of tables here in Houston.
