Since it is 30 years old you will likely have a hard time finding this exact one. I assumed the picture was yours - where did the picture come from? Your best bet is to trawl through online auction sites (ebay, furniture auctions) and setup Craigslist keyword alerts for the cities you are willing to drive to. Based on the style and mass production and age it should be pretty cheap.
Alternatively if you just like that style you can probably find a similar one. It looks like about 4' x 16" which is a bit bigger than most bakers rack so you can limit your search for 4'+ long racks and see what shows up.
