"Action Lane" sounds like a Chinese brand (just speculating). If its an import, forget about getting replacement pieces, won't happen. Your best bet is to work with a local re-upholsterer to see what might be accomplished.

Appreciate the suggestion! Likely going to go that route since I don't want to spend a new $2k-3k on a sectional just because our dogs decided to chew of the cushion of the chaise :-(

So here's a tip, if you need a bit of fabric, look at having the upholsterer take it from the bottom of the seat cushions, and just have plain muslim sewn in its place underneath. I've done that before myself.
