Has anyone actually found a reclining sofa that lasts? It seems every brand has bad reviews. We bought one last year that is already broke. Really need to find a durable new one. Thanks.

Sure. Any recliner with a Leggett and Platt or Ultramech recliner mechanism will hold up for many years if not abused. Many USA-produced recliner companies use them. Brands I carry that use those mechs include Hancock and Moore, bradington Young, Taylor king and Century.
