You can't tell from exterior photos like that how a piece is made, the owner needs to pull a drawer and photo the joinery as well as the back of the piece. Is it veneer or solids? They left that out in the ad as well. Are the carvings applied or carved from solid? Lots of questions that need to be addressed before any kind of value opinion can be rendered.
