Anyone have any experience in dealing with junk removal service?

Hey folks,
I've been working hard at decluttering my house for the past few days. Temporarily I've moved the old furniture and junks to our store room, which I need to get rid of my home soon. My neighbor recently hired a junk removal service nearby. I collected the contact number from her and I contacted the company. They provided a quote including junk removal price and fixed an appointment to collect the junks from our home.Does anyone have any bad experience in dealing with such services?

Who did you go with? I am going to need a service like this once we move everything we are sending to our new home. I have a lot to get rid of.
