H&M Austin Sofa Posted on Craigslist

I recently found this on Craigslist (Model # HAN8134NB), and was wondering if it is a good deal.

The owner told me that the sofa is 10 1/2 years old, and is used in a smoke/pet/child free home. The sofa is covered in Verona Royal, Grade 2 leather, and is free of rips/stains.

Is anyone familiar with this leather? Is there anything that I should be looking out for?

Not too bad for $ 500 asking. Show up with lifting help and $ 400 and I bet you can take it home.

I don't know of a leather called "Verona" but they probably coded the name at Stickley. If the really paid that much money for a new one 10 years ago, then I can see why the leathers were code named and could not be easily price shopped.
