leather sofa/recliner chair - brand?

We are looking for a new leather sofa with matching reclining chair without the recliner look.

We have looked at Ethan Allen (Norfolk style), Klaussner (Biltmore style) and Natuzzi. I think my preference is the Ethan Allen but my concern with Ethan Allen is the recliner has a heavy plastic latch release for the recliner mechanism while the others are just push back recliners. Any comments on durability among the manufacturers? (I want a good quality but not the high end of Hancock and Moore).

Any comments on the down blend cushions vs. foam? The Ethan Allen and Klaussner both have a down blend.
