Hello Duane,
I found this sofa on FB Marketplace. Seller doesn’t list sofa style or leather. I can tell from the label that it’s unprotected, which is what I want. Do you have idea of style name or leather? He’s asking $1875. The ad said it was listed at almost $10000 when he bought it. I don’t know how old it is either. It looks to be in beautiful condition. What do you think?

I believe that is the Carmen sofa, you can check H&M's site to be sure. I can't speak to the leather although it does not look like one of the basic grade protected ones. $10k may have been MSRP but he probably paid like $5-7k. I think $1,900 is too much, but it depends on the local market, here it would be more like $1,200. If you really like it and it is great condition, offer $1,400 or $1,500 and see what happens?
That label style means it is not too old, made in the last 12 years or so I think. The seller should be able to tell you though.
