Hancock and Moore # 1442 Somerset Sofa in Buckingham Walnut Burnished
This handsome Hancock and Moore # 1442 Somerset Sofa was special ordered by a client and on today's attempt to deliver to his home, we could not get it through the door. So, it comes back to the store as floor stock and is available immediately. It's an impressive sofa, bold, big and has presence. It's also heavy, there's no plywood or MDF in this one - that's solid maple through and through. There is a 5% floor model discount on it, even though it just came out of the box this morning.
Leather is GR 3 Buckingham Walnut Burnished (pure aniline), Wood finish is Mesa and the nail trip is TTT Gunsmoke.

I made a joke with one of my neighbors saying I should have hired a crane to raise the sofa up to my balcony (15th floor) to get it to my living room.

It's been done before - I imagine that's quite costly!

How large does the door opening need to be?
Re: Hancock and Moore # 1442 Somerset Sofa in Buckingham Walnut Burnished
36” is good, 35” would probably be fine as well. The problem on this delivery was the hallway was too narrow, preventing my delivery guys from rotating the sofa perpendicular to the door. If you have to angle in a sofa and not have a straight shot at the door it very much complicates things.
