Ahhhh...that's the the Flexsteel Lattitudes collection, all made in China. Quality is not very good, you're correct.
Here's a high quality version of that sofa made by Leathercraft. 100 % made in the USA:

Price depends on the hide used, but will be roughly 2x the price of the Chinese Flexsteel.
