This Federal Tariff makes pricing items considerably more difficult as many customers ask for pricing by grade, rather than by a specific cover. Here's the list of current leathers from China that carry a 7% Surcharge in the Hancock and Moore brand. So if you get a quote from ANY dealer this applies to these hides. There are all either promotional leathers, GR 1 or GR 2. (grades 3 / 4 / 5 have no leathers from China).
