Identifying the Age and Manufacturer of a Dresser

We have this dresser or chest of drawers which I know little about other than I think it's Eastlake and walnut. Other than that, does anyone know anything about the eagle/globe carvings or any other information about this piece? Thanks!Attachment 10024 Attachment 10025 Attachment 10026
