1. We never had any prior contact with Duane

2. We did not have a lot of information about furniture construction, quality, etc.

3. We exchanged several phone calls and emails with Duane.

4. He was very patient, went to great length to educate us about the choices available, quality levels, manufacturer differences, etc., and never tried to hurry us along.

5. We chose Taylor King and selected from their Taylor Made brochure.

6. Everything went smoothly, stuff arrived earlier than Duane had expected, and quality is very good.

7. In sum, we could not be more pleased with the product or Duane's input and advice.

8. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
