Palettes by Winesburg

Is anyone familiar with the company Palettes by Winesburg? There's a company in Chicagoland, Walter E. Smithe, that sells Winesburg, but, other than Winesburg's website, I'm not able to find much about the company, and no reviews of their furniture. The other furniture company I'm considering, Saloom, has many reviews (a lot them are favorable), so I'd like to be able to compare.

I'm from Laval, Quebec, Canada and we ordered a Palettes by Winesburg bedroom set from a local store back in July and we do not even have a target date for delivery. We're really concerned since our local store does not seem to even get a response from Palettes by Winesburg. I am now requesting a refund of my deposit and will stay away from that manufacturer.
