Hancock & Moore Recliner Warranty

Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a question about the warranty on the mechanisom of our H&M Browning Bustleback Recliner. It just broke and am wonderig what we are looking at to get it repaired. The chair is about 8-10 years old and gets used daily. Tonight something in it just snapped as I was reclining sending me back rather quickly with quite a fright.

Any help from the experts here would be appreciated.

The mechanism for most models is about $ 200 with $ 40 shipping to most areas, and you have to order through a H&M dealer. If you are handy you can install it yourself in 2 to 3 hours, or most professional upholstery shops will charge you about 90 minutes labor.
