Recliner doesn’t lift , stays flat
Hi, I have a Bradington Young manual recliner I bought close 20 years ago. A quality comfortable chair. The gas spring is worn out fro what I can see the pin is stuck in th e pushed in position which I believe releases air for the chair back to recline. Does any one if the gas spring is still available or is there another one from a different vendor that would work? Th gas spring I have is from Suspa 01850099 Attachment 12609Attachment 12609Attachment 12609

Yes, you can get a replacement strut direct from Bradington Young by contacting them directly. I no longer do B-Y replacement struts as they had too many different models throughout the years and I cannot guarantee correct fitment nor accept returns on them. For that reason I only have Hancock and Moore sturts in stock. You will need your model number of the chair and date of purchase when contacting B-Y for them to determine the correct strut replacement. Good luck
