Feet for shelving unit(s)
Hi,
Does anyone have a good source for quality "feet" for furniture that can be custom made? I thought of buying generic unfinished wooden feet for the shelving unit below and completing the repair myself. However, I would first like to find a recommendable custom maker to see what the cost would be, etc.
Below is the shelving unit (I have two matching) and then a picture of one of the feet. There are no maker's marks on the units. From what I can tell, based on some dated material I found with the furniture, they were sitting in the same spot for 23 years and the feet just rotted away.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you!

Cut the leg off at the arrows using a fine-tooth hand saw. Have any local woodworker with a lathe make you a new foot, take them the cut off section and they can easily duplicate it. Install a single lag screw into the new foot, drill a pilot hole in the upper section and screw it in. Re-finish the foot. Not a hard repair.
