Can the arms on this H&M 1026 Royal High-Leg Recliner be made to look better?

This beautiful chair, purchased in 2008 is on my local Craigslist for $175.00 due to the arms being worn. It was purchased for a cancer patient who spent much of his time in it putting the wear on the arms. He's recovered, and they want to sell it. The leather on the rest of it looks new, and it's a very comfortable chair. I bought my leather cleaning kit, purchased from Duane, when I went to see it, and she had the conditioner, which I had run out of, and we applied it, but it still looks like the middle photo. In looking at leathers on the H&M site, it looks closest to Williamsburg Fern to me.
