New to site, looking for chair information

Hi folks, I bought this today at a store called 'Dunks Junk' in Ontario. ($100) Poor pictures; the back is hinged and folds flat; small legs fold down; three cushions can then be laid out flat. Bought for cottage for a great place to read and a last minute place to sleep if we have extra guests. The piece is very heavy, very solid. While it's unusual I get the feeling it was mass produced. Can't see any markings on it. I'd like to know more about it and I expect guests will too : ). Thank you for any information or direction and all the best!
