Just landed on my desk 10 minutes ago. A new price book on the entire B-Y line and spot checking four items shows its a 7 1/2 % across the board price increase, which is significant. Effective June 4th, Monday.
Example:
# 220-95 in GR 1 is currently $ 2,479 for my internet customers. With the 10% off sale I am now running through June 1 that piece is $ 2,231.
That sofa will go to $ 2,680 on June 4th.

We are building a house and wont close until end of August. Is it possible to order prior to 6/4 and take delivery sometime in September?
Yes, what we do is simply get a Cutting for Approval (CFA) specified on the order. That will automatically slow the order by at least three weeks and no production is begun until you approve the sample swatch sent to you from the hides to be used in the build. Then once you get it, you don't decide too quickly <wink>. Even if the build completes, the delivery company won't be that quick and you can usually get up to 30 days to take delivery without a storage charge. Even then, if there is one month's storage fee from the delivery company its usually very reasonable, under $ 50.
