H&M v. BY chair prices

Hi, I'm new to the forum and over the last couple of days I have gotten so much information from your site- thank you! I have a pair of H&M chairs that I bought about 10yrs ago- I love them today as much as I did when I first purchased them. Unfortunately, my local dealer doesn't have much H&M inventory & they do not discount H&M too much off the retail price. That said, I'm looking for a comfortable chair & ottoman that will get everyday use from an active family of four. I really like the looks of the Journal Chair & Ott (in class 2- maybe document honey). Would this be a comfortable chair & could you please provide a price?
For comparison sake could you also price the B&Y Desoto Chair & Ott in a similar leather for me?
