Well, I can tell you that Bradington Young piece is ancient if that's what it is. I've been a dealer for 28 years in that line, and I don't recognize it. It predates me, perhaps to the 1970's. Price is ludicrous on that one.

Your second link just goes to a general search page with over 5,000 items. I agree the price on the first one is way too high for used furniture, but that is Canadian dollars right? So call it $2,000 US, which would still be high. Maybe that is the market up there. B&Y is a good brand and as long as you like how everything looks and feels on it and you can negotiate the price, hey be happy!
