Contrasting leather colors for sofa and chairs
If anyone has tried this, has contrasting leather colors for sofa and chairs worked out for you the way you expected? Would you do it again? I've been looking at pieces in the JIT promo where the sofa would be Angelo Putty and the chair(s) would be Dream Bordeaux. Or within more traditional colors, sofa would be Cavalier Mocha/Kip Mocha and chairs would be Viking Tobacco/Document Chestnut. Hoping for some opinions to expand my thinking.
Re: Contrasting leather colors for sofa and chairs
I think that's a difficult question to answer without knowing the entire color palette of the room. I generally like to mix and match colors such as the Putty and Bordeaux, however am less enthusiastic doing Mocha/Tobacco/Chestnut ast they are to similar in tone to one another.

Thanks Duane, I was thinking similar tone would be more problematic too. The walls are light blue and the carpet is tan and brown with a tan and multi-color accent rug including red and blue. I was telling my wife the Bordeaux would be a nice contrast to everything else including a sofa in Angelo Putty. She is not as convinced as I am.

I find it helpful to take a picture of the room and then in a photo editing program or MS Paint or something, copy in pictures of what you are considering and see how it roughly looks in the room to see if the colors work.
