Great buy on H/M Sectional Ventura Ca We would have bought it but didn't fit room

We looked at this sectional listed on this craigslist posting yesterday. While it is 20 years old, it looks about 4 years old. One small tear (about 1/2 inch) in one cushion, otherwise looks almost new. Very pretty soft seafoam color in Caress leather. We would have bought it except it is too long for our room.
This would look fantastic in a room overlooking the water!

If you are looking for a h/m sectional in Southern Cal, it would be worth your while to look at. They are the original owners, have the receipt and, even though it does not appear to need them, you could get new cushions for free and have a beautiful sectional for under $ 1K.
