Hooker Peralta Sleeper Loveseat w/Memory Foam Mattress in Leather

I'm not a huge fan of sleep sofas. Good ones are so hard to deliver into homes due to weight/size that we fail to get them in about 40% of all homes. That's compounded by the fact that most customers want them up or down a set of stairs into a bedroom/office or basement. When I saw this new Hooker unit at the High Point Market, I immediately had to have one, because it has not one, but TWO party tricks.

Party Trick 1:

The arms come right off, simply pull them straight up. This is HUGE for delivery because now we can get this unit into tighter spaces and through small doorways. HUGE. Also, it gets some of the weight off the piece. Here's a photo of it with the arms off - and they don't rattle or move around when installed. Impressive!

Party Trick # 2:

This is so easy to deploy, there are no cushions to take off the piece either on the seat or the back. You simply reach back and pull it in one motion (I had to stop mid-cycle to take photos). Both the seat and back cushions are sewn onto the piece and stay put. Brilliant design.

This unit is made in Italy for Hooker and comes in two colors of top grain leather, this is the pewter color, the other is a darker brown. More photos on the next post as I can only load (5) per post.
