Hello All, have to ask for suggestions for H&M taupe and beige leathers...so many choices, and variation in the shades. Some taupes are grey, some lean gold, pinkish, even green. Looking for cool to neutral but not contemporary grey and no gold tones. Traditional decor. Any favorites? There sure are some beautiful taupes!
Best way is to order swatches, they come in a few days time and there is no charge. Go through and make a list of a dozen or so, then email them to me at keepingroom@gmail.com along with your mailing address. Almost half of all sample requests don't include a mailing addy....!
Will do...thanks. Have seen several taupe leathers on pieces in the H&M E-catalog. I understand they don’t say “shown in...” with the photos because frequently the color shown is no longer available, but sometimes it is... And it’s ohh look...there it is....!

Photos stick around LONG after a leather is dropped, so for that reason they don't identify the hides. As a secondary reason, H&M doesn't want you buying based on a photo, they want you to have the leather in hand to make color decisions.
I’ll submit a request for samples. Quickly tho, awhile ago I asked about Alberta wine, and you said forget that one...and same with one of the Williamsburgs...I was glad to be able to eliminate them right at the start. Anything not worth looking at of Lyric or Piazza? I’ve got a big list with several others (Angelo, Juno, Dream) that are recommended ...!
