Hancock & Moore Cushion Replacement - Austin Sofa & Chair

I am in need of the protocol for replacing cushions (back & seat area) for an Austin Sofa & chair & ottoman... My wife and I have been very happy with our purchase which was approximately 29 years ago in California. Unfortunately the retailer we purchased these pieces from is no longer in Business...(Breuners Furniture) and we have since moved to the east coast... We do have the original purchase receipt as well as photo's. We have really taken great care of all the pieces as seen in the photo's but unfortunately the cushions no longer provide comfortable support and are in need of replacing. Your assistance with providing some direction on this is greatly appreciated.
