They don't make the module, they buy it. I would not expect them to have a wiring diagram. Just have to open up the box to replace the wire (which you would have to do even with a wiring diagram).

You would have to contact the manufacturer directly. I doubt they will have it as they buy those units from subcontractors. They may be able to sell you a new unit, or you can simply take it apart...
