What do I have here? Chaise Lounge

Hello! I have had this lounge for 5 years. I picked it up at a garage sale for $50. I know very little about furniture, especially antique. After browsing online, similar lounges (one even had the exact same legs as mine, the two that match), I am now curious if this is a victorian piece? Possibly Civil war era? I am not looking for an appraisal (not that I would deny it!), just some information as best as can be given without being in person with the piece.

it's a production piece, probably early 1900's, made of Oak. It has no collectible value.
