I am going down the rabbit hole of research on fabrics/leathers for family room sofas. The sofas are well used, two kids in the house (8 and 10 years old), lots of entertaining with people eating and drinking on the sofas. I thought leather was a no go, but I came across this leather, their promotional materials has them pouting wine on the sofas and nothing happening. They also say the leather looks like an aniline leather, vs the protected and heavily dyed leathers which I don't like the look of in a residential setting.

Does anyone have real world experience with this line of leathers?
