The wood finish looks great. What nails am I looking at?

Those are nails that have been burnished along with the rest of the chair...a glaze coat on the whole piece.

The Miller is larger and more comfortable, this one is more stylish and compact. I'm 5' 11", and when its upright I do not have any head or neck support on this piece, whereas the Miller does. However in the TV recline position, this Rugby does just fine. I'd give the nod to this one for a fashion, the Miller for luxury.
