Back cushion cores are shot, original owner can get free replacements on them. Area in photo # 2 on post 1 is beyond repair.
In the current condition, I wouldn't pay much for them, if anything.

Who can say? It all depends on how many hours a day it was used...and that looks to have been used pretty hard.
