Default Crease in New H&M Leather Cushion

I just got two new H&M St Charles chairs in Bari Lipstick. There's a noticeable crease right down the middle of back cushion of one of them. It looks to me like the hide had been folded, sitting on the shelf, and the fold wound up in the middle of the cushion. Is this a problem? Will it resolve itself in time? Or should something be done to correct it? Here's a photo. Thanks.

That crease *should* go away with use, and you can hasten it by taking a plain old hair dryer and heating it up some, or better yet put the chair in a sunny window on a clear day and let the sun get it heated up. If its not gone in 60 days of use, then give a shout here back to the forum or contact your selling dealer.
