The USA broker for a particular hide series is the one who would deal with QC issues, based on input from the furniture makers who in turn get it from their dealers. Where the hide originates from really doesn't matter, its all about problem incident reports. I can tell you I sell a lot of H&M in those leathers and have no customer incident reports on them, nor am I aware of any others in those leathers.

H&M only changed the name of the promotions. In 2007 it was called the "Married Cover" program, and it was changed to "Town and Country" in 2008 and expanded to include a lot of other leathers that are not 'married cover' and come from areas other than China as well.
