Hi all, I'm new
I'm having a reclining sectional sofa made (Omnia Catera if anyone cares)
with COM and have had a heck of a time finding fabrics that I like the look
and feel of. Now I have a couple and the question is whether/how the
material should factor in. No kids, no pets, no direct sun, daily use in
living room/TV watching. All of the choices are at least 15,000 double rubs,
most 30,000 or more. All can be ordered with some kind of stain guard.
Obviously what you can say without seeing the weave etc. is limited, but
still, here's the choice I'm facing:

1) 80 poly/ 20 rayon, made in China, $21/yd
2) 55 visc/ 31 poly/ 14 cott, made in Italy, $70/yd
3) 54 cott/ 46 poly, $23/yd (origin unknown)
4) 67 poly/ 19 cott/ 14 visc, $36/yd (origin unknown)

My questions are:
a) Will pilling likely be significantly worse with some than others?
b) Is #3 going to show lots of wrinkles?
c) Is it rational to exclude #1 based on how cheap it is and where it is
made? Is the lack of natural fibre a concern independent of price?
d) Please tell me I don't need to shell out for #2 to get something worthy
of a $3K sofa? (#2 actually looks and feels remarkably similar to #1; they
both have a bit of a sheen that I fear may wear unevenly)

Thanks in advance for your help.
